Shipping Policy

All Shipping rates below are shown in CDN Canadian Dollars. Any delays with the shipping providers are out of my control. Processing/delivery times may differ during busy season, like Christmas.

Apparel items will be shipped separately from all other products. You may receive two packages in the mail from Broke Bronc Designs if you order apparel and other items like jewelry.

  • We process your orders Fridays-Sundays and ship orders every Monday or Tuesday. We may process orders twice a week during busy seasons like Christmas. Customers will be provided an email update with tracking information as we are processing your order. Please take order processing timelines into consideration.

  • Shipping in CANADA: Small item orders will ship FREE across all of Canada and will be shipped as letter mail, possibly taking up two 10 business days to arrive depending on distance. Large/heavy Items have a flat rate free of $25 and arrive within 2-7 business days. 

  • Shipping to the USA: Small item orders over $100 will ship FREE across all of the USA, otherwise will have a flat rate fee of $8 and take 5-13 business days with tracking. Large/heavy Items have a flat rate free of $15 and arrive within 5-13 business days. These ship through Canada Post which then transfers to USPS. 

  • Shipping Internationally: Small item orders with no tracking have a flat rate fee of $15 and arrive in 6-12 business days. Small item order with tracking will have a flat rate fee of $23 and arrive in 4-7 business days. Large/heavy Items have a flat rate free of $25 and arrive within 6-12 business days with no tracking.

  • Local Pickup: If you live close to Broke Bronc Designs and would like to save the cost of shipping and pick up your package, you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Please email brokebroncdesigns@gmail.com to schedule pickup.

  • Lost/Stolen Parcels: Please note that Broke Bronc Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, nor can we guarantee the quality of delivery. If you have issues with your delivery or believe your parcel may be lost, please contact Canada Post, USPS, or the relevant courier with your tracking information. Please make sure your address is 100% correct before placing your order. If it is not and the order is placed, please email us at brokebroncdesigns@gmail.com to fix your address before your order has been shipped.
