Shipping Policy

I process orders once a week, typically on Sundays. This may change to multiple times a week depending on the amount of orders and holiday season. Customers will be provided an email update with tracking information as we are processing your order. Please take order processing timelines into consideration.

Apparel will ship in a separate package than the rest of my products. Do not panic if one package arrives at a time. This is because the company that makes my apparel, ships my products directly from their facility to you.

Please note that Broke Bronc Designs will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen parcels and cannot guarantee the quality of delivery. Please enter the correct mailing address, and your full name when placing an order. If you have issues with your delivery or believe your parcel may be lost, please contact Canada Post, USPS, or the relevant courier with your tracking information.

Small Packages

CANADA

  • All smaller packages will be shipped via Canada Post as an Expedited package. $15 for Ontario residents. $20 for all other provinces/territories. This has an estimated arrival time of 2-5 business days.
  • Upgrade your shipping to Xpresspost for $27. This has an estimated arrival time of 1-3 business days. 
  • If you live local to Broke Bronc Designs, Please select "Pick Up" at checkout and e-mail me at brokebroncdesigns@gmail.com to let me know when you would like to pick up your order.

USA

  • Orders to the USA ship for a flat rate of 9 CDN dollars via Canada Post which transfers to USPS. (Please note the same tracking ID can be used on USPS website once the parcel crosses into the US). 

Large Packages

CANADA

  • All larger packages will be shipped via Canada Post as an Expedited package. $15 for Ontario residents. $20 for all other provinces/territories. This has an estimated arrival time of 3-5 business days.
  • Upgrade your shipping to Xpresspost for $28. This has an estimated arrival time of 1-3 business days.

USA
