Refund policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Broke Bronc Designs DOES NOT allow cancellations of orders. We get charged transaction processing fees whenever an order is placed and we cannot recover these fees when an order is cancelled. Please be mindful when shopping. If an error has occurred in your order, pleas email us at brokebroncdesigns@gmail.com and we will be happy to make the necessary changes. If we do accept a cancellation, a restocking fee of 10% will be made.
RETURNS POLICY:
Broke Bronc Designs has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or store credit ONLY.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you (the buyer) is responsible for the return postage costs. You will also be responsible for any loss in value if the item isn't returned in the original condition.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please not that Broke Bronc Designs is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), as these are made specifically for a certain customer and we can not restock these. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs.
REFUNDS
At Broke Bronc Desgins we DO NOT offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges, or store credits. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified within a few business days.
