Returns/Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: I DO NOT allow free cancellation of orders. Please be mindful when shopping and enter the correct mailing address and name when placing an order. I cannot recover transaction processing fees incurred when orders are cancelled. If you have made an error in the items placed in your order, please email me at brokebroncdesings@gmail.com and I would be happy to make the necessary changes to your order however there will be a 10% restocking fee.
Returns for Store Credit or Exchange Policy:
In an effort to reduce expensive and time consuming returns, I do not offer returns on incorrect sizing. I try to mention the sizes of every product in their descriptions. I recommend asking me questions about sizing and fit uncertainties prior to making a purchase. If you are unsure about your sizing, email me at brokebroncdesigns@gmail.com
In the event that an item needs to be returned please email me at brokebroncdesigns@gmail.com and the items must follow the below criteria:
- All returns must be sent back (customer is responsible for return shipping cost) and arrive back to Broke Bronc Designs within 14 days of initially receiving the product.
- Returned product must be in NEW condition - items should be free of damage (holes, marks), perfumes, deodorant, other stains, and animal hair.
- **Items being sent back from the USA may only be sent via USPS. Within Canada, you may send back via your desired method. *Please note that Broke Bronc Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. It is advised that you keep your tracking information for items being sent back.
Final Sale Items: All sale items, items purchased during major sale events and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
We have the right to refuse any packages sent that do not comply with our return conditions.
Once item(s) is/are received and have been verified to meet the above requirements, your return will be processed within 2-3 business days.
If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact me at brokebroncdesigns@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order and I will gladly assist you in resolving this matter.
